Infinity The Slinger Shortboard. The Boehne Bros wanted to make a “gap” performance board. The Slinger is the board that fills the gap between a fish and a performance thruster. Choose the Slinger when the waves are smaller or mushy and your normal shortboard starts to feel sluggish. They started with the same bottom design as the Automatic and lowered the entry rocker. The shorter, curvier dims naturally make the Slinger wider in the nose than a traditional shortboard, so they added a “hip” directly above the fins to give the outline a break for release and quickness. They kept a nice sensitive rail and added a good amount of tail rocker for quick direction changes. The tight baby swallow adds to its versatility. The Slinger rides and feels like your favorite performance shortboard but with some more ponies under the hood! Comes with a Future fin set-up. Infinity Surfboards.
