This dress is a nice basic for the closet. I am 5'8" and it comes to my mid-calf which is a little awkward. I ordered the medium and the top is too small for my 34D chest as well. After sitting all day in the office, the butt got a little saggy. I'll probably use it as a beach cover up over a daily dress but that's just fine!

The dress is cute but does fall a little higher than a regular maxi. The one problem is that the straps are a different color than the dress. I ordered the coral and the straps are more orange and make the dress look cheap. I will probably exchange for the black.

This dress is VERY cute, but not quite right. First, its too short for me. I'm 5'9 and it hits the middle of my shins. (I actually could get over this and keep it anyway, but I feel it worth mentioning for the tall girls.) Second, the material is very thin. So its great to stay cool, I'm sure.... but beware it might be more or less see through depending on the lighting. And lastly, and this is the big one for me.... the width and placement of the horizontal stripes around the waist did not work for me. If you have any belly/hips at all, take note that one stripe hits right above this problem area, and one hits right below. It's like a big 'ol frame focusing right in on the worst possible place. Again, not a problem for many ladies, but a problem for me. I am disappointed though, because its VERY cute and was VERY comfortable. Probably worth a try :-)

This tie dye dress is more for the beach or casual wear. It fits comfortably, it fits a little tight in the chest area but has size fitting straps so thats a plus. Also this dress isnt too long, it stops arounf my ankle area and personally i like it but i am 5'1 so might fit a little shorter on taller girls.
