    I love this dress! I bought it in a small since I had a feeling it would run a little big. I'm happy I went with the Small since it fits perfectly. I normally wear a size 6 in regular clothes and I'm 5'5. It's a little long for me to wear as a skirt but it's perfect as a dress. I think it can be dressed up or down - like can be a bathing suit cover even or you could dress it up and wear it out to dinner as well.
