Really nice shoes, they are super lightweight and comfy, they just have very thin insoles and no arch support, but I still really like them. That's the only reason is is a 4 out of 5.

This is the third time I have purchases this shoe and that alone should speak for itself. The Bowery has great minimal styling and can be worn just about anywhere at anytime. This shoe is a great staple and I wear them all the time.
The one thing to be warned about is how they come out of the box. The shoe is stiff at first and takes some breaking-in. Socks are a must for the first week or two. But after that, feel free to ditch the socks for a cleaner look.

These shoes look really cool with the acid wash look. Don't wear them without socks. The seams are so sharp and stiff that they cut up my heels and ankles, they literally cut like a powersaw, not chill. Be wary my friends. I ended up trying to grind off the edges to make them a little more wearable, which they now kind of are, but still uncomfortable and are not for the sockless.
