I ordered a Swell.com gift card on December 11th as a Christmas gift for my niece. The card wasn't shipped until December 19th (really?! it takes that long to ship a giftcard?!), and it didn't arrive until after Christmas! I emailed several times inquiring and complaining about this turnaround - instead of responding within 24 hours as the website promised, someone finally wrote back to me one week later assuring that the card will arrive before Christmas. Well, it didn't! And it was a huge disappointment not to be able to give something tangible to my niece on the Christmas day. I'll never order a giftcard from this site again.
