it took way too long to mail the gift card. 8 days to arrive to recipient. that is too long! I finally called and they gave me the gift card number so he could use it, but i shouldn't have had to do that.

I Got a Gift Certificate for my Boyfriend for one of his graduation gifts.He really needed new board shorts and this was perfect so that he could find the ones he wanted and not have to pay for them. He ended up have some left over for a sweet trucker hat too. So all in all this was easy for me it arrived on time for his graduation and it was easy for him to use and get what he wanted.

I was surprised that my only apparent option for giving a gift certificate was to order it online, only to have it delivered by mail[...] What a waste. Why would an online store require its customers to purchase a physical gift card. You need to decide how best to establish your brand. Are you brick-and-mortar or are you virtual? If you truly support your customers' desire to shop online, then show it by your business practices. Get rid of the physical gift card and the associated charges.
