The SPUD is fun for all smaller days. You wanna ride it about 2"-3" shorter and about 1/2" wider than your standard shortboard. The width point is further up the board keeping more foam under your chest allowing for an easier and faster paddle. We pulled in the tail for a faster and more responsive feel in and out of your turns. Perfect for blow tails, power turns, airs revers...etc. Works well as a rounded squash, swallow or pin tail.
