I rated these shorts a 4 instead of a 5 simply because the material used has a spandex feeling which is quite different from the shorts I usually wear. While the material is very flexible and stretches easily, it also tends to hold onto you instead of moving freely. Otherwise these are good looking shorts that fit well.
