Im 6ft tall and about 150lbs and bought a medium and it fits perfect... its not wide and bulky like most jackets, it almost feels like it is "fitted"
I like that the zipper starts about 5" up instead of going all the way down, this allows for much better movement. I live in Wisconsin and so far it is great for 30-40 degree weather.
