Got these as a gift last year and I've worn them probably 50 times. They are the perfect "all around" short. You can wear them on the beach, in the water, or just walking around. The light weight fast dry material serves well as a bathing suit, and the two front pocket's and back pocket make them just like regular shorts. They even have belt loops if you shed some weight and they become lose.
