I wear a 33/34, but these shorts were pretty tight, so I'd say these shorts run a bit small. I like the cord feel, but I am not too sure about the slimmer fit. It's not a bad thing - its just not my thing. If you like the slimmer fit, then you'd like them a lot. Aside from the fit, these are great shorts.
