      Great boot. Used this one for a particularly cold winter in Santa Cruz. Decided to go with a 7mil boot since my feet would always get cold and this boot did the trick. Xcel makes the best booties by far. Great construction, especially since the pull tab is welded into the sole. Makes it really easy to slip it on. I've had other boots break down and the heel tab snap off, but these are the only boots i've been able to use consistently for multiple seasons without any problems.
