i paid $22 for next day delivery on the friday before xmas. even thought i apparently missed the 9am deadline, i'd think that it would be shipped on monday and delivered tuesday with xmas in consideration. it was not shipped till tuesday (xmas day) and i got all 3 of my gifts for my girlfriend the day after xmas. when i emailed to complain, i got a very curt response with your shipping fine print cut and pasted. finally, after complaining again, i was offered 20% off my next order in a cold and non-apologetic email.
i will never shop Swell again due to this, and my girlfriend will not either and she has been a loyal customer for years.
