These shorts have that typical "I'm ready to go sailing" look. I typically am not a big fan of nylon shorts/boardshorts, however these have an unusually "buttery" finish that definitely makes them worth the penny you pay. From the striped design, to the rope like drawstring, to the natural grained button on the pocket, These shorts make me feel like I'm in high quality authentic captain apparrel.

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
