Comments about O'NEILL GIRLS O'NEILL SUNSHINE DRESS:

I love the material and style of this dress. Unfortunately, the small was really tight on top, yet comfortable waist down. I have small chest so I thought it would be more roomy on top. It was tight except for this awkward bump of material sticking out right in between the cleavage. The medium was slightly looser ( though still surprisingly snug on top) but then from waist down was just way too much material for me. It stuck out poofy. I tried to make it work because I really like the length and the concept of this dress, but unfortunately I have to send it back.
