The fabric is thin but I prefer that in a maxi. Nothing is worse than a thick material tenting one's lower half on a hot day. I am 5'6 and it is only slightly long for flats. The band at the top is snug enough that I don't worry about it slipping.

I am very dissappointed with this dress!! As soon as I seen this dress I had to have it. Just my style. Love the color and simple flowy style of it. I wore this dress for the first time and the seam in the bandeau top ripped!! I couldn't believe it. I suppose it was bound to happen with the material being so thin and delicate. I know exactly what happened. There is light padding in the bandeau top that moves so you literally have to keep adjusting each padding for fear of having an odd shape. Who makes clothing like that anymore?!? What's worse is that it's sewn/trapped in (not to the fabric) so you can't remove it if you wanted to. I wore this dress only once. I'm debating whether it's worth the money to get it sewn. Definitely was not worth the money to purchase. I'm almost 100% sure another part of the bandeau part will rip as well. I was so close to being in love with this dress. :( Wonder if I can send it back?? Lol.

Ok, there are pros and cons to this dress.
Overall I love this dress. It's cute, simple and sexy. Fits great. I got the lilcac and olive maxis. Love the colors. The fabric is light and soft, also thin and delicate which I fear may easily snag or tear. I am concerned as to how often I should wear this dress because of such light material. I don't want "over-wear" the fabric.
The issue I have with this dress is the cups in the bandeau top. They are not sewn in and MOVE a lot! I wish they'd sewn the cups into the fabric so it didn't budge. And since the fabric is thin, you can kinda see the cups through the fabric. If you don't postition them perfectly the cups slightly protrude out in a weird way making it look as if you've been stuffing. Sometimes I feel like they shift depending on my movement so I end up going to the bathroom to take a look. I've kinda learned to work with them a bit but it's still very irritating!!!
Also it would be great if this dress came in and XS.

This dress fits like a dream - I am 5'6", 120lbs and a 34C and the medium is perfect and very figure flattering. I don't have many curves, and the way this dress falls it gives the illusion that I do. Love it!

I'm 5'0" and bought a black maxi, size small. It fit great on top. Getting the bottom hemmed several inches to fit perfectly. The material is light, so it's perfect for warm weather.

This dress is a super comfy light weight fabric.. I bought the coral which I found flattering as far as color goes. I found the small to be perfect in length and general fit, however, I wear a size B bra and the bust and elastic back are far too big. I ended up using a clothespin to fix this issue and it was no biggie! I find this dress incredibly
Comfortable and stylish. Perfect for date night or ladies brunch Sunday. Love this dress!

I'm 5'3" and I've stayed away from the maxi dress look in fear of it being too long and most likely making me look "short and fat." I bought a small and it is in fact, far too long, and actually a lot bigger than i expected. Otherwise, if this came in an extra small, I believe it would have fit perfectly. The material is extremely comfortable, very cute and casual.

This is definitely a must have maxi. Fabric is a little delicate in feel; very light and soft. Length is about an inch or two long but nothing a little trip to my seamstress cou;dn't fix. I am 5'4" and got a small. The problem I have with this dress is that it's dry clean only. I am definitely one to follow label directions. Especially when a fit of an outfit fits perfectly and is not easy to find. I do not dry clean clothes to often so it does add a bit of an inconveniece when I want to wear it again. Otherwise, this is my type of dress. Simple, sexy, and fun!
