I'm 5'8'' around 130 lbs and bought these in a small. They fit me, but barely (whereas a few other beach pants I bought in smalls fit no problem). They were tight in the thigh area because the chiffon fabric doesn't give, they're more high-waisted than low, and they are a little short for taller girls (despite the pic). I love the look of them, however, so I returned them for a medium for hopefully a looser, longer fit.
