This dress is cute, but the fit in through the bust runs small. I am a 34B which is average and not to mention not that big. The top felt really tight. My friend tried it on as well and had the same problem. The rest of the dress fits normal so I am not sure I would order a size up. Maybe it is a good dress for someone with a small bust :)
