    I was a little surprised at how bright this skirt is when you see it - it's kind of flourescent - but the print is fun so if you're looking for a skirt to wear out for a little extra attention, this one is a good pick. The waist fits high up but is super comfortable and the whole fabric contours very nicely over the hips/butt.
