I wear this all the time it fits great i got a small and i'm 5'2 110 lbs. i ended up cutting off the ties at the side but either way its comfortable and cute.

I really like that this jacket has a zipper and buttons + a hood! Basically perfect for the beginning of fall in Seattle. It does fit true to size but I kind of wish I would have gotten a bigger size so that i wouldn't feel so stuffed in when wearing a heavier sweater underneath. All-in-all, great product!
