Comments about SWELL BINDI SKIRT:

When I got it the elastic band of the waste was all twisted, so it looked really weird. I had to sit down and adjust it, and I am doubtful it will stay where it is, though only time will tell. This is the second Swell brand product I've purchased, and I am not not impressed with their craftsmanship.
