    Comments about ANGIE EMBELLISHED BIB HI LO DRESS:

    I originally ordered this in a Medium, I generally wear anything between a 0 and 4. It was a little big so I exchanged it for a Small. And the Small is a lot big. ???? So much for sizing. The quality is really lacking too. Many of the beds are not straight and there are loose seams all over the place. Now I have to send it back for a second time and I am not happy about that.
