I've been looking for these boots for years. While they were a bit expensive for my budget, I took a risk that the investment would be worth it. So far, I seem to have made the right choice. They're comfortable, they work with a good variety of clothes, and they're classic enough that they won't be outdated any time soon.

I just got mine in the mail and I order it two days ago and got it today(of course I did pay more for it to come sooner)! This shoe is so comfortable and stylish! The heel is just right and it is just a really comfy shoe.

And with this boot you can wear it a couple of different ways. You can choose, along with any other shoe, the way to wear the laces but the way you wear your laces completly affects the overally look of the boot.

My first online purchase and I'm so pleased!

I was so excited to see that Swell offered Steve Madden boots! They are definitely one of the hottest shoes on the market right now!
Since buying it I have worn it a few times. They look great tied up, tied halfway and over and under jeans. I bought the black pair. Looks best with skinny dark and black colored jeans. I bought a 7 1/2 the width feels great but it's a little longer than expected.
The stitching is perfect and the color looks great. The smell of leather is intoxicating. It's truly a high quality product.
I definitely recommend these boots if you're ready to be showered with compliments with every strut!

I suggest wearing thicker socks to wear them in because i got a hot spot at first, but besides that, this is an awesome shoe. Very versatile!

These boots are exactly what I was looking for. A stylish yet traditional military boot. I wear them most often with dresses and skirts, I love the way they offset anything dressy.

Swell has been my favorite online store for a few years now and it has never let me down. Their sizes stay true to what it says and everything I have bought from swell (which is a lot) is super durable. They are very understanding on exchanges an returns and that has never been a problem. I receive the most compliments whenever I wear any products that I have purchased from swell especially my new Steve Madden troopa boots. Enough about me, lets talk about the boots. The first day I wore them I got six deferent compliments just at work. These boots are amazing and keep your feet warm and comfortable. I couldn't be more happy with my purchase or any of my purchases from swell for that matter.

I had fallen in love with the combat boot trend, however, I was having a hard time finding a pair that were the perfect length. These were just what I was looking for, hits a few inches above the ankle. I can wear them with anything: dresses, pants, shorts, maxi skirts. Very comfortable too.
