Contest Rules

1.       How to Enter: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER TO WIN. To enter THE $1,000 SHOPPING SPREE Sweepstakes Giveaway, simply visit www.swell.com and fill out an online entry form.  You must complete all required information to be eligible to win a prize. Incomplete, Illegible, duplicate, corrupted or untimely entries are void and will be disqualified.  Entries must be submitted by the individual entrant. All entries become the property of Swell Commerce, Inc. when submitted and will not be returned to entrant. Contest begins on November 6TH, 2008 and ends on December 1st, 2008 @ 11:59PM PST.

2.       Grand Prize Winner will receive:
- One $1,000 shopping spree that is redeeamable only at swell.com courtesy of casio gz1 and foam magazine
         

3.       Limitation on the Number of Entries: Limit one entry per person. Additional entries will be disqualified. Swell Commerce, Inc. reserves the right to disqualify any person that submits multiple entries.  Automated or bulk entries or entries submitted by third parties will be disqualified.

4.       Eligibility: Including, but not limited to: Must be at least 13 years old to enter - minors may be subject to liability release form, as well as parental/guardian permission. Giveaway entries are limited to the United States and Canada.

5.      Odd of Winning:  The odds of winning shall be determined by the number of eligible entries received.

6.     Winner Notification: Winner will be randomly selected through a random drawing. Winner will be notified by December 10th, 2008 via telephone or email. Winner must claim prize within 3 days of notification of win. 

7.    Error Correction: Swell Commerce, Inc. reserves the right to correct or change any and all printing, typographical or mechanical errors.
8.       Release of Liability:  Swell Commerce, Inc is not liable or responsible for; Loss of entry - including, electronic, computer, communication malfunctions, damage caused by virus/bug or non-authorized intervention, injury, or property damage in connection to with giveaway, or giveaway results.

9.   General Terms/Disclaimers: Swell Commerce, Inc. reserves the right to terminate giveaway at any time, with or without prior notice.By entering in the sweepstakes, each participant agrees to be bound by the Official Rules and decisions of Swell Commerce, Inc., which shall be final on all matters pertaining to this Sweepstakes.
