Contest Rules
1.       Entering is easy: Purchase any item from Jedidiah at SWELL between 11/17/2009 and 5pm SPT 11/19/2009 and you are entered to win. No purchase necessary: alternately you can send your entry to marketing@swell.com with your name, email address, and phone number in the email and “Jedidiah Contest” in the subject line. You must complete all required information to be eligible to win a prize. Incomplete, Illegible, duplicate, corrupted or untimely entries are void and will be disqualified. Entries must be submitted by the individual entrant. All entries become the property of Swell Commerce, Inc. when submitted and will not be returned to entrant. Sweepstakes begins on 11/17/2009 and ends at 5 pm PST 11/19/2009.

2.       Winner will receive:

  • Tickets to Jedidiah’s “Gum For My Boat” premiere. Film will be premiering Friday 11/20/2009 at the Brookes Theatre in Oceanside at 7pm.

3.       Eligibility: Including, but not limited to: Must be at least 13 years old to enter - minors may be subject to liability release form, as well as parental/guardian permission. Giveaway entries are limited to the United States and Canada.

4.       Winner Notification: Winner will be selected by random drawing. Winner will be notified by 11/19/2009 via email. Winner must claim prize within 1 days of notification of win. Prizes will picked up at theatre box office. Swell Commerce, Inc and Jedidiah are not responsible for prize damage once it has been sent to the prize winner.

5.       Odds of Winning: The odds of winning shall be determined by the number of eligible entries received.

6.       Error Correction: Swell Commerce, Inc. and Jedidiah reserve the right to correct or change any and all printing, typographical or mechanical errors.

7.       Release of Liability: Swell Commerce, Inc and Jedidiah are not liable or responsible for; Loss of entry - including, electronic, computer, communication malfunctions, damage caused by virus/bug or non-authorized intervention, injury, or property damage in connection to with giveaway, or giveaway results.

8.       General Terms/Disclaimers: Swell Commerce, Inc. and Jedidiah reserve the right to terminate giveaway at any time, with or without prior notice. By entering in the sweepstakes, each participant agrees to be bound by the Official Rules and decisions of Swell Commerce, Inc. and JEDIDIAH, which shall be final on all matters pertaining to this Sweepstakes.
