Contest Rules
1.       How to Enter: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER TO WIN. To enter the quiver sweepstakes giveaway, simply visit www.swell.com or www.thaliasurf.com and fill out an online entry form.  You must complete all required information to be eligible to win a prize. Incomplete, Illegible, duplicate, corrupted or untimely entries are void and will be disqualified.  Entries must be submitted by the individual entrant. All entries become the property of Swell Commerce, Inc. AND THALIA SURF SHOP. when submitted and will not be returned to entrant. Contest begins on November 8th, 2008 and ends on January 6th, 2009 @ 11:59PM PST.

2.       Grand Prize Winner will receive:
          - 1 Dano pignar breadbasket shaped by dano: 9’9” x 16 ¼” x 22 ½” x 16” x 3 ¼” 
          - 1 junod battail quad shaped by michel junod: 5’10” 13 ¼” x 19 ½” x 15 ¼ x 2 3/8”

3.       Limitation on the Number of Entries: ENTRIES ARE LIMITED TO ONE, PLUS ADDITIONAL ENTRIES THAT ARE EARNED THROUGH THE “SEND TO A FRIEND” FEATURE. Additional entries will be disqualified. Swell Commerce, Inc. OR THALIA SURF SHOP reserves the right to disqualify any person that submits multiple entries THAT DO NOT FOLLOW THE ENTRY GUIDELINES STATED ABOVE.  Automated or bulk entries or entries submitted by third parties will be disqualified.

4.       Eligibility: Including, but not limited to: Must be at least 13 years old to enter - minors may be subject to liability release form, as well as parental/guardian permission. Giveaway entries are limited to the United States and Canada.

5.      Odd of Winning:  The odds of winning shall be determined by the number of eligible entries received.

6.     Winner Notification: Winner will be randomly selected random drawing. Winner will be notified by January 12, 2009 via telephone or email. Winner must claim prize within 3 days of notification of win. Swell Commerce, Inc. OR THALIA SURF SHOP is not is not responsible for shipping costs.   Swell Commerce, Inc. OR THALIA SURF SHOP is not responsible for prize damage once it has been sent to the prize winner.

7.    Error Correction: Swell Commerce, Inc. AND THALIA SURF SHOP reserves the right to correct or change any and all printing, typographical or mechanical errors.

8.       Release of Liability:  Swell Commerce, Inc. AND THALIA SURF SHOP are not liable or responsible for; Loss of entry - including, electronic, computer, communication malfunctions, damage caused by virus/bug or non-authorized intervention, injury, or property damage in connection to with giveaway, or giveaway results.

9.   General Terms/Disclaimers: Swell Commerce, Inc. AND THALIA SURF SHOP reserve the right to terminate giveaway at any time, with or without prior notice. By entering in the sweepstakes, each participant agrees to be bound by the Official Rules and decisions of Swell Commerce, Inc. AND THALIA SURF SHOP, which shall be final on all matters pertaining to this Sweepstakes.
