The history surrounding San Clemente High School's famed surf team shines almost as brightly as the rows upon rows of trophies it's athletes have won since it's inception over 3 decades ago.

Placing camaraderie, pride, and dedication at the core of their winning strategy, the Tritons are admired for their immense achievements as well as for the tremendous support from their town, parents and coaches.

San Clemente also lays claim to the nation's strongest alumni list. Their extensive roster, featuring the sport's top competitors, includes Nate Yeomans, Mike Losness, Greg and Rusty Long, Patrick, Kolohe Andino, Dane and Tanner Gudauskas, Troy Mothershead, and Jeff Lukasik.

And with nine NSSA national titles, most recent being their domination of the State Churches contest to take home the 2009 Title, 26 South Coast League titles, a first-place win on the NSL Red Bull tour, champions of the 2008 ISF Longboard and Bodyboard state finals, and runners-up of the 2008 Shortboard ISF State championships, Swell is extremely proud to be San Clemente's official surf shop sponsor for 2009.
