Contest Rules
1.       Entering is easy: Go to SWELL Guess how many T Shirts have been stuffed into the boardshorts pictured by entering a number in numerical form in the field provided. No purchase necessary. Sweepstakes begins on April 6rd 2009 ends on April 30th 2009.

2.       Grand Prize Winner will receive: A $100 Swell Gift Certificate and a pair of boardshorts of your choice from Swell.com

3.       Selecting A Winner: If more than one entrant has guessed the correct number of T Shirts we will select by random drawing one winner from the group of correct entries. If nobody guesses the correct number of T Shirts we will select by random drawing one winner from the top 20% of the closets entries.

4.       Eligibility: Including, but not limited to: Must be at least 13 years old to enter - minors may be subject to liability release form, as well as parental/guardian permission. Giveaway entries are limited to the United States and Canada.

5.       Winner Notification: Winner will be randomly selected by random drawing. Winner will be notified by May 1st 2009 via email. Winner must claim prize within 3 days of notification of win. Prizes will be sent to winner free of charge. Swell Commerce, Inc is not responsible for prize damage once it has been sent to the prize winner.

6.       Odds of Winning: The odds of winning shall be determined by the number of eligible entries received.

7.       Error Correction: Swell Commerce, Inc. reserves the right to correct or change any and all printing, typographical or mechanical errors.

8.       Release of Liability: Swell Commerce, Inc is not liable or responsible for; Loss of entry - including, electronic, computer, communication malfunctions, damage caused by virus/bug or non-authorized intervention, injury, or property damage in connection to with giveaway, or giveaway results.

9.       General Terms/Disclaimers: Swell Commerce, Inc. reserves the right to terminate giveaway at any time, with or without prior notice. By entering in the sweepstakes, each participant agrees to be bound by the Official Rules and decisions of Swell Commerce, Inc., which shall be final on all matters pertaining to this Sweepstakes.
