"The shipment arrive in a paper parcel without padded or separate inner bag. The lids were shaking around and scratching each other when travel around the world. There are dents and scratches in all 3 lids And the trumble was not protected in anyway, only plastic bag and paper parcel, how do you expected it will travel safe? This is the worst package I ever received."

So expensive -not worth it
"This water bottle makes me so mad. The flip top has broken two (or 3, I lost count) times already. The straw always falls out of the lid. Basically this has turned into an $60 or $80 water bottle which is infuriating. Also, It's surprisingly heavy."
