Dishonest company with zero integrity

"Called S’well before I purchased a bottle to make sure that the cleaning brush would fit. I was assured that it would fit, it ended up not fitting. When I called the rep, Dee(?) told me to push it in that it would bit with some force. The brush broke in the process and S’well refused to replace it and now I also have a bottle that I wouldn’t have bought if I had known that the brush wouldn’t fit. The so-called supervisor didn’t seem to care even after Dee explained to him what transpired."

I really like the circumference

"I really like the circumference and the looks of it with the textured paint (green in my case). I am glad I bought the additional silicone handle. Makes it easier to carry. My only issue is that it would be nice to be able to fit ice cubes in it."

Good product/Slow Shipping

"I like the bottles but I was disappointed in my order. I ordered three for my family trip to Europe and one ended up being cancelled and the other two showed up after we had already departed for our trip. So, I didn’t even get to take them. When I purchased them, the estimated arrival date was almost a week before our trip so I was bummed they didn’t arrive on time."
