Avoid the roamer

"Loved this until I realized the lid was shedding rubber into the water bottle and I’d been drinking it. Gross! I contacted customer service to ask when the replacement lids would be restocked and they told me they wouldn’t be since the roamers are being discontinued. Would not recommend buying one since this issue will likely happen again and you won’t be able to get a replacement. Now I’m left with an unusable water bottle. Very disappointing."

Great bottle - TERRIBLE customer service

"Love the bottle but the purchase experience was terrible. Ordered the bottle on December 26 and was told expected shipping by January 6 which was great because I wanted it for a road trip that week. Never received tracking info. On January 7th I wrote customer service inquiring about my bottle. On January 8th I get a tracking number with expected arrival date January 13th. They hadn’t even processed a shipping label let alone shipped it until I asked. I then got a subsequent email letting me know my water was on the way. But no expedited shipping despite the mishap on their part. Makes me wonder if my bottle would ever have shipped if I hadn’t emailed. This is my fourth s’well bottle - would but them as gifts from a local shop that carried them but subsequently closed. Really like to bottle but atrocious customer service and terrible experience."

Great for carrying, tough for drinking

"Good for carrying large amounts of water and keeping it cold but tough for drinking out of. Even with the steadiest of hands I end up spilling all over myself. This design would be better suited with a straw cap."
