Disappointed
"Dropped while closed once and already broken. The little plastic piece that allows the straw to open and close snapped so now the drinking part is crooked. I imagine it won't last another drop. Worked great up until that. I was able to order the correct size and adjust the straw easily enough with a sharp kitchen knife. Lid screws on tight with no leaks. If you drop your traveler a lot would not recommend. :("
Cheaper materials than standard lid.
"Looks great on the outside, and is sturdy. But I’m disappointment that it’s all plastic on the interior of the lid, and that the straw is also plastic instead of silicone, I would also rather the flip lid is smooth without that little bump to help you flip it open. I don’t find it necessary. In any case, it’s good to have this as an extra lid with straw."
Too costly to return.
"I must have ordered the wrong replacement cap. I had the original bottle with the 1 1/4 in cap and what came was for a larger wider bottle cap. When I went to send it back UPS it was going to cost me over $14. Not worth it so Im keeping it but will never use it."

"I bought the 64 oz what I bought was a big traveler and it traveler straw cap. The cap doesn't fit it's to big my bad. I wish they made a straw cap for it."
