"I received great customer service. I had ordered a Swell with personalization and a plain bottle arrived. Swell quickly made it right, sending me the correct bottle and advising me to donate the other, which I did. Terrific company, incredible product and expeditious care!"

"Called S’well before I purchased a bottle to make sure that the cleaning brush would fit. I was assured that it would fit, it ended up not fitting. When I called the rep, Dee(?) told me to push it in that it would bit with some force. The brush broke in the process and S’well refused to replace it and now I also have a bottle that I wouldn’t have bought if I had known that the brush wouldn’t fit. The so-called supervisor didn’t seem to care even after Dee explained to him what transpired."
"I really like the circumference and the looks of it with the textured paint (green in my case). I am glad I bought the additional silicone handle. Makes it easier to carry. My only issue is that it would be nice to be able to fit ice cubes in it."

"I love the Swell 9 oz bottles. Ive had them in every color. I tend to leave them and people dont want to give them back. I carry one when I walk to my car at work after hours. The small neck allows the perfect grip to use for defense. Large bottles are unsightly and tacky to me. I travel in smooth stealth mode!"
