The Bento Box is highly praised for its quality and convenience, with many customers appreciating its perfect size and great variety of colors. However, some customers have noted issues with the divider not staying in place and the lid being made of cheap plastic.

"My son loves the bento box for school lunch. I love the look and quality. I only wish it came with another divider as I pack more than two things that need to be kept separate. I looked to see if they are sold separately but I don’t find it. Bummer."
"I really wanted to try a bento box from S'well after loving their salad kits for my lunch salads. The bento box did not disappoint! There is plenty of room for all types of lunches - from a sandwich with fruit or veggie sticks to a small/medium/large amount of leftovers. The top seals securely on the box, making it nearly leakproof - I don't recommend putting anything in here that could actually leak. I love my new bento box!"
"Love this box! It’s cheerful color, amazing quality. It’s perfect for my lunch in one box. The lid snaps tight. Not sure if it leaks haven’t tried anything that might. It also light weight but sturdy!!"
"This lunch box is quite large and spacious, so I can fit everything I need in it. Highly recommend"
