Commuter Lid

Commuter lid was too big for my dear old S’well Cup.

"So bummed. My daughter bought me a swell commuter cup 6-7 years ago. It was an expensive gift for a young kid to buy her mom. I love it and use it everyday for hiking and kayaking. I sewed a special sling for hiking that’s fits it perfectly. For kayaking, it has been so wonderful. I use it for my morning coffee I can lay it on its side in the front of my kayak and it never leaks…. until just recently. I was so happy that I could buy a new lid and keep my pink walrus s’well. Well, the lid doesn’t fit 🙁 The first morning I tried it, coffee went everywhere."

Lid is frustrating, expensive and waste of time

"Lid is nothing special — uncomfortable when against mouth and even though you think the lid is on and seated properly, you have to test it a few times tilting it in all directions to make sure that it’s on properly otherwise it leaks on your coat, blouse, etc. Ask me, I know!!! I don’t have time in the morning to do that much testing /experimenting just to take a cup of coffee to go!! It’s more of a pain than it’s worth and I’m sorry I bought it— should have just stuck with the original lid. Doubt I’ll use it. Waste of money."
