Dishonest company with zero integrity
"Called S’well before I purchased a bottle to make sure that the cleaning brush would fit. I was assured that it would fit, it ended up not fitting. When I called the rep, Dee(?) told me to push it in that it would bit with some force. The brush broke in the process and S’well refused to replace it and now I also have a bottle that I wouldn’t have bought if I had known that the brush wouldn’t fit. The so-called supervisor didn’t seem to care even after Dee explained to him what transpired."
Good product/Slow Shipping
"I like the bottles but I was disappointed in my order. I ordered three for my family trip to Europe and one ended up being cancelled and the other two showed up after we had already departed for our trip. So, I didn’t even get to take them. When I purchased them, the estimated arrival date was almost a week before our trip so I was bummed they didn’t arrive on time."
Swell 9 oz Bottles
"I love the Swell 9 oz bottles. Ive had them in every color. I tend to leave them and people dont want to give them back. I carry one when I walk to my car at work after hours. The small neck allows the perfect grip to use for defense. Large bottles are unsightly and tacky to me. I travel in smooth stealth mode!"

"I usually have a large white bottle and it was really great. I could fill it with cold liquids for trips and in which they call all day late. The best part I’ve ever had and they’re really durable well-made I encourage anybody that needs a to keep stuff cold for a long period of time this is the only way to go is a great investment."
