Sweaty useless tumbler

"The tumbler sweated so badly and didn't stay cold! I put ice and water in it when I got to work around 7:00 am, and by noon the ice had melted and the papers on my desk around the tumbler were wet!! I've used Swell products for a long time and loved other items, so I was excited to get this. . . . soooo disappointed. I tried contacting the help line, but got no response from them."
