Fix it please because it is a great product if you do.
"I have now bought 6 of the 24 ounce Explorer bottles. The handles on the first two came unscrewed on one side and there is no way to tighten it back because there is no place to insert a screwdriver. I later bought four more in two separate purchases because the bottle and system is healthier than plastic straw versions. i mistakenly didn't order the flip straw on two of them so i ordered them separately. On both of them, the flip device will not shut completely so my coffee spilled all over the place. You have a great product that will fall by the wayside if you don't fix these simple problems."
