Bad product bad marketing
"The number of marketing emails I’ve received since purchasing a few item, all asking me to buy MORE overpriced items, is horrifying. And now I’m receiving messages to review. So my review is: don’t buy from this company if you don’t want to be spammed with emails because they must have such poor marketing and such a poor product that the only way to stay in business is harass people. Yeti and Stanley have decent product and less harassment. Or buy things in a store. Oof, never again will I purchase from Swell."

"Was told by customer service that the 17 oz flip sports cap would be restocked in Jan 2026, it's mid April and neither the flip top or flip top with straw has been restocked but they won't say that it won't be"
