Slow shipping and bad customer service

"My order never arrived. After weeks of waiting for my order (yes, weeks) I finally got the delivery confirmation email. I arrived home to no package. I immediately contacted UPS who told me to wait a few days and check the neighborhood and then contact S’well. I contacted s’well after about a week. They directed me back to UPS. When I reached back out to UPS they told me that only S’well could help to find a solution. After all of was said and done, I still don’t have my order."
