We love the holidays here at S’well! It’s a season of giving and spending time with the ones you love. It’s a good time to recharge, reevaluate, and count your blessings. There’s no doubt that things look a little different this year. As we work through changed plans and holiday shopping needs, we can’t help but think a few more mindful moments might get us safely and sanely to 2021. That’s why we’ve created a list of our favorite ways to get a little peace of mind and a lot of serenity this season.
As the season changes and things get busier, it’s important to stay hydrated. Make sure you hit your daily recommended water intake with a bottle built to keep you hydrated throughout the day.
As we continue to adjust to life on a different schedule (read: working, learning, exercising, and socializing from home), it can be hard to get in our steps. Carve some time out of your day to get up and move, even if it’s just a walk around the block.
